Fixed prices for common plumbing and drainage jobs. You know the cost before we book anyone.
Plumbing
Prices include labour. Parts are charged at cost and agreed with you before any work starts. Larger jobs are quoted after a visit.
Kitchen or bathroom taps replaced. Includes isolation and testing.
Cistern internals, fill valve, flush valve, or pan connector replaced as needed.
Faulty TRV or lockshield valve replaced. Includes draining down and refilling.
Air removed from radiators to restore heat. System pressure checked.
Kitchen or bathroom sink cleared using rods or manual tools.
Connected to existing supply and waste. Tested before we leave.
New shower head fitted or existing head descaled.
Old sealant removed, surfaces prepared, and fresh silicone applied.
Drainage
Drainage prices cover manual clearance using rods and hand tools. Larger drainage jobs including high-pressure jetting, CCTV drain surveys, and drain repairs are quoted after an inspection.
Toilet cleared using rods or manual tools. Cause identified and noted in the job report.
Waste pipe cleared. Trap cleaned if accessible. Flow tested before we leave.
External drain or gully cleared by rodding. Covers standard residential drains within the property boundary.
For suspected structural issues, root ingress, or recurring blockages. Includes written report on findings and responsibility.
Larger drainage jobs such as high-pressure jetting, CCTV drain surveys, and drain repairs are quoted after an inspection. Call us to discuss.
